Youth Conference 2026
July 9-11

What is Youth Conference?
Purpose
Build faith in Jesus Christ, strengthen testimonies, develop talents, make new friends, and have fun with youth who share similar beliefs and standards.

Description
Young men and young women ages 14 to 18 are invited to participate together in an activity or series of activities called youth conference. Stake youth conferences are planned and carried out by the stake Aaronic Priesthood–Young Women committee under the direction of the stake presidency.

WHERE: Step into Church history and feel it come alive as you explore the historic city of Kirtland, Ohio! This Youth Conference takes you to the place where more sections of the Doctrine and Covenants were revealed than anywhere else, giving you a front-row seat to the Restoration.
As you walk where the early saints walked, you’ll gain a deeper appreciation for the sacrifices, faith, and miracles that shaped the early Church. This session includes visits to the following sites:
-
The Kirtland Temple and Visitor’s Center
-
Joseph and Emma Smith Home
-
Isaac and Lucy Morley Farm
-
Historic Kirtland, including a Visitor’s Center, the Newel and Elizabeth Whitney Home, Johnson Inn, Sawmill, Ashery, Schoolhouse and the N.K. Whitney & Co. Store
WHY: As you explore these sacred places, you’ll have meaningful opportunities to strengthen your testimony and grow closer to the Savior.

HOW: We will be taking Charter Buses from the Martinsburg Stake Center to Kirtland Ohio and staying at Hiram College, OH. We will spend 2 nights and 3 days together.

Members of the bishopric or stake presidency are invited to attend as much of the conference as possible. Young Men and Young Women presidencies are encouraged to attend the entire conference.
